We will inspect to roof to verify what kind of damage do you have, wind, hail, missing shingles, leaks, etc. If we find enough damage we will let you know to move forward. If you decide to work with us we will help you with the whole process.

We will mark with a chalk all the damage and take pictures with our Drone to send it to the Insurance Company.

We will meet with the Adjuster from the Insurance Company to help him and be sure that he finds all the damage on your roof!

At ANDERSEN ROOFING, we care about you, our team will call and be in touch with the adjuster to follow up and see what is the status of your claim.

We use high technology to build our estimates, satellite measurements and Drone Pictures. But you need to know that we are obligated to accept what the Insurance Company approves. 

The Insurance Company will send the  approval letter and an Estimate to you and to us, in that moment we need to sign the contract, pick the color of your roof and we will get the permit. You need to contact your HOA for the approval. You need to notarize the NOC (Notice of Commencement).

Don't panic! Our Mediation team will take care....Right now we are having a lot of issues with Insurance Companies....

Insurance Company will send 2 checks, the last one after we send all the completion documentation. You are responsible just for the Deductible that we should collect with the first check from the Insurance.

We accept Credit Card payments.

After we sign the contract with you, we will order the Materials and Labor right away! You always have the chance to change the color before they delivery the materials.

Once we have the original NOC notarized from you, we will pull the permit and post it on your front door, please DON'T REMOVE THE PERMIT UNTIL WE PASS THE FINAL INSPECTION. 

Our suppliers will deliver the materials and load them directly to the roof, please have driveway clear on the day of delivery.

Our crew will be there first thing in the morning, they will cover and protect all your landscaping and personal belongings, please let us know if you have any special request. 

At the end of the day, they will remove and clean all the debris and nails with a magnet.

One of our Project Managers will be there supervising and running materials.

The Dumpster company will deliver the Dumpster the day before or the morning of the install. Please make sure to keep driveway clear. You are not allow to dump personal belongings and the dumpster will be removed either the day they finished or the next day.

We will get the Certificate of Completion (COC) Upon passing Final Inspection from the City or County, meaning that the Job have been completed and the Permit have been closed. We will send the COC and the Final Invoice to the Insurance Company for final payment. 

To be able to receive the final payment, we also need to send Completion Photos with the Final Invoice and COC, we will fly our Drone.

When you get the Final Check from the Insurance or Mortgage Company, you just need to endorse it and we will pick up the check. 

Do you want a discount on your Premium? You should call a Wind Mitigation inspector. You need to send that Report along with the COC to your carrier and you have to get a discount right away or start shopping around for a new carrier.
